how to renew my subscription outside of google play?

I have recently degoogled myself and with that I would like to know how can I renew my subscription now if I do not own Iphone or use google play to to get the apps. Thanks!

Buy it on the website https://www.windy.com/subscription. Don't forget to be signed in during the purchase.
Then you can use it on all of your devices, but the subscription itself will be attached to your Windy account, not your Google account.
