Update Windy database with latest ParaglidingEarth.com information - illegal flying sites creates issues

This location is no longer listed in ParaglidingEarth.com since it is no longer allowed, however is still listed in windy. Please update the Windy database every few months so they are in sync with the latest information from ParaglidingEarth.com
