Temperatures aren't even close for my location

I can't trust the windy temps for my location I have location accuracy set etc other weather apps are accurate Windy is always several or more degrees off
For example where I live now is 69 degrees according to NOAA, local weather stations and my home weather station.
Windy says 74 even after reinstalling the app and adding all location permissions. It's has always been like this sometimes only a few degrees off sometimes up to 8
I have also changed the source settings to no avail. seems like just a faulty app that is really useless

Which weather model do you use in Windy? Have you tested the different models available in your area?
