Steps to stop my subscription don't work

Hello Windy.
I have a premium subscription for Windy and I can't manage it.
When I access my account, windy premium subscription on my desktop, I see that my subscription is prepaid and it will be auto-renewed. I don't want to auto-renew it.
It has a link to MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION but that takes me to the apple subscription where my subscription was not created or can find there.
Reading the forum here, I saw a link to add my email and receive the steps to manage it through the FastSpring page. I did that but never received the email.
I tried to ask for help in this forum, someone helped me up to the point they said they just take care for the blue icon, not the red one for windy. :/
Could you please help me to stop the auto-renewal for my account?

Dear Windy,
Bought my subscription with my email, and now when I try to manage my auto-renewal, it takes me to the iPhone subscriptions where I can't see it there.
Could you kindly help me to cancel my auto-renewal?

Technically, you didn't buy a subscription, but a one-year of Windy Premium. Meaning your Windy Premium will not automatically renew. If you do nothing, your Windy Premium will end on March 3, 2026.
