Wind arrows are zigzagging

As you can see, the image for wind is a mess. Lines are zigzagging, and going in two different directions in the same location.
The image for waves is even more obviously a mess.
How can I resolve this? I have forced stop, deleted and reinstalled the app, and cleared the cache... nothing has worked.

Just to add, this is on my android phone. Not happening on my laptop.
