i just installed our starlink enterprise kit on our RV and i main windy for weather conditions the problem is i cant access windy website and some other sites too what do i do i recall our gen 2 starlink was able to access any site HELP ASAP!!!

Hi, thanks for letting us know about this. Would you be able to tell us a bit more information please? It would be great to know:

Are the issues permanent or transient? I.e. can you never connect to Windy or are there periods when you can connect.
Are you only facing problems with the Windy website or are our apps also non-functional when connected to the WiFi network from your Starlink device?
You mentioned that you are using Starlink Enterprise. I'm not familiar with their offering but it sounds like some kind of business offering. Is it possible that there is some corporate filter or something installed that's blocking our website and the other sites you cannot load?
When you try going to windy.com, do you see an error message from a browser or does it just keep you waiting indefinitely? If you see an error message, what is it?
Can you please let us know your IP address? You can see it if you go to, for example, https://ifconfig.co
