Wind speed legend does not match custom wind speed color scale

Hi,
For me, this little glitch dates back to the introduction of the colour scale customisation option.
This colour legend has always been stuck to the default color scale, at least for me since 2019.
This isn't really a problem, as I never use it.

@Suty This issue has always been present. I'm happy to see there's already multiple reports for this issue.
Customizing the color scale with while showing the stock color bar is ... annoying.

And since we're at it, I see that @idefix37 also likes to have a stepped color scale. I do the same. It would be nice to be able to disable color interpolation instead of having to work it around like this.

I definitively prefer that Windy keep the customisation possibility of the color scales, instead of replacing it by an option for an automatic non-smoothed scale.
The advantage of the current color setting, which is not so tricky, is to decide the desired scale, the colors and the steps.
