      Hello Windy Support Team,

      I am writing to report an issue with accessing Windy Premium features.

      I purchased the premium subscription for the account rodrigoks@gmail.com on October 10, 2025. Although the purchase has been confirmed, the premium features, such as the 1-hour forecast and high-resolution satellite imagery, are not available in my account.

      I have already tried troubleshooting by reinstalling the application on my device, but the issue persists.

      Additionally, while trying to resolve this through the Google Play Store, I accidentally initiated a refund request. I apologize for this, as my intention is not to cancel the subscription but to get it working correctly.

      Could you please check the status of my subscription and help me gain access to the premium features?
