New time slider in Android version

Several weeks ago my Windy display on my phone changed so that the time slider moves in the opposite direction of the way it used to. On my PC it still works as it always has and is intuitive. But having to slide it backwards to get to the current time and forecast out an hour is really confusing and it's harder to get into the slider and make it actually work. I don't know why this change was made but I sure would like to see it go back to the way it was.

We haven't changed anything in this manner. Could you share a screenshot?
