Hello, I can't activate rain and storm alerts in the app, why?

Android, Windy v47.1.4With location "on" and I open the menu, I can select either toggle:
With menu still open but I set location "off", this popup shows up for a short time when I try and select a toggle:
When I close the menu while location is "off" and then re-open the menu, the condition shows up:
@ramzik99 if you don't have this behaviour you should let Windy team know what device you are using and maybe they can help.

@Wheats I just can't switch the alerts on, my location permission is "allow all the time".

I'm not the Windy team lol so I can't really help. But if you could share what device you're using that may help them look into it?
