I already replicated and it seems that it occurs only when you have two columns of layers on homepage. However, it is still a bug and I already reported it to colleagues.

It works fine now, but only when I returned to default order and number of weather parameters

It seems to happen because there're alot of icons above it, but this issue is new, It didn't happen before!
