<![CDATA[Being logged off every few days]]>I am being logged off from Windy.com every few days. I am using Windows 11 MS Edge and have three tabs open for Windy (wind, rain and clouds). I have read another post in regard to this issue, and I can confirm that I have the cookie account_sid in my windy.com domain. Please advise.

In Edge, go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data on close, and make sure cookies for windy.com are excluded. Also, try adding windy.com to your “Allowed sites” under cookies — it should stop logging you out.

If you are logged out, there must be something else wrong. Please let me know if it's working for you or not.

I redacted your message as the value of the session cookie should be kept secret.

I can see that this session should be working on our side. Is is working for you or are you logged out while having this cookie set?

thank you for the valuable feedback. I will try to look more into the issue.

If you have the account_sid cookie but you are not logged in, can you please send us the value of the cookie to support@windy.com ?

Also, if you observe more steps to reproduce this issue, it will be much appreciated.
