@CP-11 Good afternoon, this not a bug, it's a part of Windy Premium content which is normally available only to our premium subscribers.
Free users will have access to this black and white which will gradually turn into this BW mode while you are in the premium content panel.
To unlock the high-detailed coloured maps, just go to windy.com/subscription and choose the plan, which fits you the best.
Apart from 15-day weather forecast you will have acces to 1-hour forecast detail, radar and satellite archive for 365-days, wave and tide forecast and much more including high-detailed phone and watch widgets! Have a nice day, Niki -
