Charged twice, new subscriber

Hello,
I seem to have inadvertently created two accounts when trying to sign up for premium features. One is associated with my eacuna@udel.edu email and my other with greenghia63@aol.com. Would it be possible to cancel one of these accounts and refund the payment? I can send a screenshot from my card statement if that helps.

@Evan-Acuna Hello, I found one payment under greenghia63@aol.com. Another account in Windy.com is on the free tier. Do you have any other payments?

Thanks for your reply. One payment is still pending on my card statement, but I do have two separate charges. I can’t figure out how to post a screenshot here but I can email it to you if that would help.
