Could someone explain me urgently why do I have two diferent active suscriptions of Windy Premium, each in the amount of 18,99€, one maturing in July and the other in October.

@Filipe-Mayer Hello, to be honest, I really don't know the reason for two separate purchases. However, I refunded the one from July, since your account is assigned to the second one from October.
However, I see that your subscription is now canceled, so there will be no renewal now.

resulted in the cancelation of my PREMIUM
subscription. Can you explain me that!

@Filipe-Mayer Hi, you are right about my mistake in this decision, since I missed the important information that your subscription is cancelled. I thought that it will be renewed in a day so I refunded and cancelled the second one.
However, I didn't have to refund the payment from July for you, since we standardly provide refund only within 14 days.
At this moment, we can't revert it, however, you can still purchase a completely new Premium and it will be still better for you, since you can use annual Premium purchased today, not the one which would have started in July already. -
@Suty, sorry but I don't understand completely your explanation:
- You mention about a refund, is this refund in my account?
- Can I use the refund to subscribe a new Premium account?
- I am very disapointed with Windy, for many years the service went smothly, then suddenly
everything was disrupted due to "mistakes" in
handling my account.
I need URGENT and RELIABLE information on how to proceed in order to solve this infortunate situation.

I use this refund to subscribe a new Premium
account?
I never thought such a situation could ever happened after so many years as Premium
client. -
@Filipe-Mayer Hello, yes, I refunded your payment from July. That amount should be on your bank account in 5 days usually. Unfortunately, we cannot pay the new subscription with refunded payment.
Right now, you need to purchase a completely new Premium. I am sorry about this confusion in general, however, you can still benefit from this.

Suty, what you did was a huge mistake that you've acknowledged, and I'm going to be the one to pay the consequences of that mistake. What you should have done was let the October subscription expire the following day and apply the current July subscription to my Premium account. I hope your tendency to make "mistakes" when dealing with long-standing Windy Premium customer accounts will become less frequent.

@Filipe-Mayer Okay, I understand your point of view, however, since I refunded a few months old subscription (we standardly don't do this) you can use the new one for 100% for all 12 months.
If I would assign the old one, few months would be already gone, since it started to run since July and we can't change this start date. So you are right that you have to handle the new purchase, but it more beneficial for you.
