Urgent – Unable to access weather station settings

Hello everyone,
I’ve been trying for several days to log into my windy account to manage my weather station, but the page just keeps loading endlessly with the spinning wheel. It’s been like this for over three days, and there’s no sign of improvement.
I’ve recently moved and urgently need to update the location of my station, but I can’t access the system to make the change. The new site is ready, but I’m stuck without access.
Has anyone experienced this issue or found a workaround? Is there a way to manually update the station’s location or contact support directly?
Any help would be greatly appreciated – this is quite urgent.

@Unwetterdienst Hello, can you check any other browser if the issue persists? Also, can you open the Devtools of the browser to see if there are any errors during the loading?
