Premium refund

Hello, I’ve just bought Premium, literally an hour ago, because my understanding was it offers a 12 hour radar forecast. That was the sole purpose. However, that it not the case as it only offers a 12 hour radar archive. As such, the Premium version doesn’t work for me. Could you please refund it? There’s no trial period as is typically the case with subscriptions…
