Premium Not Working

I've just re-subscribed to Premium, and it keeps asking to log in, when I try show weather by 1hr intervals. Eventhough, I am logged in under the profile icon. Can you help? Thanks Michael

I have the same problem. I bought a new registration but I can't use it. It keeps asking me to log in.

Glad it's not just me then, otherwise I would put it down to user error! Do you know is there anyway of getting help from Windy? I looked, they seem completely at bays length!

Hi,
Moderators in Windy are not part of Windy team. Just users with special rights.
Apparently you are not Premium user otherwise the Premium badge would be displayed here next to your username.

Thanks for last piece of advice. I subscribed via my PC, and have a Paddle Invoice.
Accordingly, I followed the instructions;
- I picked a location, and clicked on the 1hr forecast, in order that the subscription tab would appear.
- It did not appear, instead the login tab appeared, eventhough I was logged in already.
- I logged out and tried again. Same thing again. A never ending circle.
I have attached the images as they appreared.
The login tab, is actually headed 'thank you for subscribing'. How can i get the subscription tab up again, in order to insert my transaction code?
Surely there is someone at Windy that can help?
