Are there two Windy.app for the iOS devices

I’m confused about Windy.com and Windy.app in the ap store, there are two different apps one called Windy.com and the other called Windy.app, I mean how did Apple let that happen because if they are the same company shame on you for confusing your customers, maybe it's just me. The funny thing is they both look like the same app.

In the apps stores you find 2 different apps. One is Windy.com with a red logo, the other is Windy.app with a blue logo. They have nothing in common, even though both are weather related. They belong to 2 different companies. -

You’re right Windy.com and Windy.app are actually from different developers, which often confuses users since both provide weather visualization tools with similar names and icons.
