Weather radar for Penang not working properly

For about the last week, the weather radar has looked strange, very streaky and not that useful. Looks like the radar gain is too high and the source seems to be coming from Thailand rather than Malaysia

@Suty It was reported two weeks ago by another user, but your Admin dismissed it. The solution is to just remove the radar data source.
