I’ve just renewed my one-year subscription under the email XXXXXXX
, and I have the invoice as proof of payment.

However, in the Subscription section, it shows that the subscription expires on March 2, 2026, instead of November 3, 2026 as expected.

Could you please verify and correct this information?

@Dispatch01 Hello, I checked your payments and your active Premium subscription was paid in February, so it seems you purchased a new extra Premium now. I can refund it for you and I would recommend using the one paid in February, which is planned to be renewed next year.
