This lines are low Stratus which can be fog when at ground level.

You can check this with the Fog layer.
I chose a region of France where fog is frequent in autumn. I remember it from when I was a student in Dijon. It is fog (low stratus) in the Saône Valley, with the Burgundy vineyards just emerging from the fog because they're located on the foothills of the plateau bordering the valley.
