      It would be cool if in the forecast as you hover across with your mouse it had a total of the precip amounts. Total rain, total snow. Kind of like what SpotWx does. This would be very helpful instead of trying to add up all the amounts over a period and for comparing various models. Thanks for your consideration!

        For rain you can use the “Rain accumulation” layer.
        For snow, the accumulation of snowfall would be misleading, as snow naturally settles (and melts). It would therefore not reflect the actual snow depth on the ground. It is best to consult the "Snow Depth" layer.
