Premium not working!

Hi, new subscriber here but seems my premium account is not working. It keeps on asking me to log in again and again. I'm trying to track this Huge Typhoon Fung-Wong before it landfalls.

Actually I tried that already many times but here's the problem. Every time I log in with my Google account it goes to back log in page. But it still says I have no subscription.

Sent email many times already. Gave me instructions to log in but I log in many time no result. I tried with app it says I have no active subscription. I got email and receipt from Paddle for my subscription. Super strong typhoon already pass by still my premium subscription not working.

My premium subscription is not working either. I'm clearly subscribed because every time I click on the 'Premium' button, it recognizes me as subscribed, but I cannot associate my google account nor access any premium features.

You don’t seem to be Premium user. Otherwise the Premium badge would shown next to your username here on the forum.

@iIdefix37 I have a receipt from Paddle for a premium subscription and I was able to confirm my email address. The confirmation email with the invoice was sent 11/11/25 9:51PM. I did sign up from a desktop because I do not want my account to be totally dependent on Google (gmail).

@idefix37 I tried using the chat bot help from Paddle and that was useless. I definitely see the subscription in Paddle, but I can't access the premium benefits. All the help from the community support is outdated because the 'recover subscription' button is nowhere to be found.

Hello. I’m experiencing the same issue. I wrote about it [here], but my post was deleted.
I purchased Premium on November 10 via Paddle, but I still can’t use it. What did I pay for? Who will compensate the 5+ days I’ve already lost? I have the invoice.The problem is that I bought Premium without being logged in, but I entered the same email during the purchase. After I paid, the system asked me to sign in. I logged in with my Google account (the same email I used for the order), but Windy keeps asking me to log in again and again.
When I tried to create a new account, it said that an account with this email already exists.
I tried logging in through the PC browser, the Android browser, and the app. I also tried “Restore purchases”, but it didn’t help.
What else can I do? I need this service for my work.
Please help me. Thank you! -

@Raylan-3 Okay, strange behavior. However, could you please try to delete cache of your browser and test the restoring process once again?
