        @dodo1973 Hello, if you purchase completely new Premium subscription, you need to wait for the cancellation of the existing one and then assign the new one.

            @dodo1973 Unfortunately, the subscription started to run with the purchase. What platform did you use for the purchase? Paddle, Google Play, AppStore?

                          @dodo1973 Okay, Paddle is fine and refund should be possible. Is it possible that you purchased the Premium there with a different email than dodo******73@gmail.com? I can' find any purchase on Paddle related to this email address.
