      I purchased a premium subscription but I never got any Receipt email from Paddle.com.

      I created a windy.com account and Premium features are indeed activated. I am logged in and confirmed my email with windy.com (work domain gmail through google Workspace)

      Clicking Manage Subscription on my user page sends me to Paddle where they say:
      "Check your email If you've made a purchase using @.**, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in."

      But I never receive a login email, no matter how many times I go through the process. I checked All Mail and Spam. I was able to get a transaction confirmation from paddle bot chat, which also confirmed my email address with an email from assist@paddle.com, but when it tries to send a receipt or login email it still fails (no email ever arrives).

      I need a receipt and I need to be able to manage my subscription. Please help.

        @WeatherSafety Hello, no problem. I found your subscription on Paddle.com and sent the invoice to your email.
