FAQ on What is the Forecast Model

Hi,

Windy is a great, useful and beautiful gift to the community, with no way for us to contribute in return.

So I thought I'd contribute, as a native English language speaker, by making some suggested tweaks to the grammar in the FAQ on "What is the Forecast Model?", to make it read more smoothly.
