Time window "infinite" for webcams only shows ~1000 days back

Being able to look back ~4000 days of a webcam was by far one of my favorite features in windy.com, i could see how cities built flats, how trees grew and how the popularity of certain spots changed. 1000 days is too small of a time window to see all these wonderful changes, so im pretty dissapointed.

@Jari-Koopman Hello, since we updated the whole webcam system and related migration contained too much data, we decided to limit transferred data and this is the result. We are sorry about it.
