Subscription Switch from via Apple to Direct Card

Hi @administrator, my current account is setup via the Apple App Store. I would like this to be directly with Windy.com. How do I switch this over without losing my current access and remaining subscription?

@Dan-1eab47de-3c62-46cd-9f1d-848e851b4f43 Hello, we don't use any our own payment service so this is not possible and using Apple purchase process is absolutely okay to get your Premium service.

@Suty thanks for the note. The reason for the request is that my Apple account is linked to what Apple calls a "Family" account which causes billing issues on another family members account. Is there currently any other way to subscribe to Windy without using Apple so that I can remove it from the Family account?

@Dan-1eab47de-3c62-46cd-9f1d-848e851b4f43 We use Paddle.com, which is available in our web app in the browser, and then Google Play, which can be used in our Android app.
