Why I can upload a GPS route on the Web site, and use it to analise Rain and Wind for my Journey, but the App (Android) does not provide support for this fature?

With the crosshair positioned over your first waypoint, click on "Distance & route plan".

This screenshot is from iOS, but I imagine it is similar on Android.
