Suggestion - Route forecast hour/day labels
-
Hello
On the mobile app it would be very useful for the hourly forecast on the route planner to be labelled with the local time and date. For multi-day route planning it is unclear what time you are looking at.
Cheers.

@DickTown
Hi,
From your screenshot I see that the Speed switch is not ON.
Then when you enable Speed, the timeline is just used to set your departure time.
You need to tap the table to display the time at boat position, but unfortunately at the moment there is a bug with date and hours in the grey panel.
@Suty Please could you check this bug. If you tap forwards in time or backward the time in the small grey panel is inconstant.
An old post -
@idefix37 Hello, do you mean the rectangle with distance, date and time information? It is changed on my end. However, I can test it on more device available.

Yes
It is changed on my end.
What do you mean exactly ?
However, I can test it on more device available.
Yes, please.

@idefix37 Hi, I think that the rectangle information is automatically updated with the movement along the timeline.

@Suty
It SHOULD be updated accordingly to the mobile position on the route.To clarify the issue, I plotted a route with each waypoint at 10NM from the previous one.
With a boat sailing 10kt (10NM per hour), at WP2 you should be 1hr after departure, at WP2 2hr after departure, at WP3 3hr after departure…At starting 0.00 it is OK

Between WP2 and WP23, time should be 1.00, not 0.00

Between WP3 and WP4 time should be 2.00 not 1.00

Between WP4 and WP5, 2.00 is obviously wrong

Back between WP2 and WP3, 3.00 is wrong and should be 2.00

You can check this during a multi-day trip. You will find that the date and time are inconsistent, especially if you check the date and time in forward and backward positions.
