Faster having this issue on windy.com app, i moved on web and got the same issue. I'm using Samsung Galaxy A04e / Android 14

@Damien-LeBrave that's the same for me and I have tried my cell phone and laptop
Some kind of change was made a few months back and nothing seems to stick more than grayed out or whited out maps
