I upgraded Windy Premium to be able to track TC Fina more closely, however as we (Darwin) were experiencing Cat 3 situation, Windy was still showing TC Fina as a Cat 1 storm. with its last update (late yesterday) showing as last updated 3 hrs ago.

Hurricane tracker over Australia shows 4 data sources (BoM-N, BoM-S, UKM, ECMWF).
Did you check all ?
When a weather center provides new data, it is not updated instantly in Windy.
I imagine that Windy is not your only source of information regarding this TC that passed over Darwin. -

For your information there is no difference between Premium and free access when it comes to the Hurricane Tracker, and no alerts in Windy regarding a change of a tropical cyclone ranking.
