Weather Radar for Colombia is not working

For the past couple of days the weather radar for Colombia is not working. It is the case for the website and for the App on both my Iphone and Ipad; both with IOS18.7.2.
I observe that the radar is working fine for Central American countries, the Caribbean, USA etc.
When is it expected for the radar to be back in service?

@jadiez Hello, this is probably caused by the outage of the radar data on the end of our provider. We cannot do much with this. If you know any source of data, we would appreciate sharing it with us.

I want to call to your attention that this problem with the weather radar is recent, since a couple of weeks ago it was working perfectly. Is there something wrong with your radar source used up to now?
Nevertheless I tried searching for a radar source, which I used for aviation which is "Aeronautica Civil" and it is not working, and I called them and they said they were having troubles. I believe the "aeronautica civil" relies on IDEAM. Are these your sources?

Hi @jadiez, our source for Colombia is IDEAM, secondary source (in case IDEAM doesn't work) is Aeronautica Civil. Neither of these sources seems to be working now.

That is correct, both providers are having issues.
Once they solve their problems I will let you know.

Hi @jadiez, great, thank you. Our ingress processes are periodically check these sources. So if they come back online (in same working matter as before), radars data should appear automatically again.
If this doesn't happen, feel free to let me know.
