Constant refreshing

Hi, I’m getting the app constantly refreshing and thereby re setting the parameters I’m using at the time. This has been happening for about a week and wasn’t happening prior. I’ve tried deleting the app and re logging in. If anyone can assist that would be great please 🙏

Thanks for your reply.
When I’m looking at any forecast for a particular location, the screen refreshes about once every 30 seconds and any search parameters I put in such as choosing 1hr rather than 3 to view the forecast, or a chosen forecast model are reset back to something other than what I’m looking at. It’s hugely frustrating.
