I am seeking clarification on whether my intended use complies with your Terms and Conditions (10.2.2)

My app aims to provide significant value by solving specific agricultural problems.

Here are two examples of how I plan to use the data:

Custom Notification Service: The Windy API does not offer a direct notification service. I would like to use the weather forecasting data (e.g., precipitation predictions) from your API to set conditions and send proactive alerts*to farmers, such as: "Expect rain in the next 2-3 days, please plan irrigation accordingly."
Activity and Weather Logging for Future Analysis: When a farmer logs their daily activities (e.g., planting, spraying, harvesting) in my app, I plan to record the weather conditions at that specific time and location (using your API data) alongside the activity record. This historical data will then be used by the farmer to analyze and improve their cultivation practices in the future.

Could you please confirm if utilizing the Windy API for these specific purposes creating custom alerts and logging weather data for agricultural analysis is acceptable under the current Terms and Conditions, or if it would be considered a breach, particularly under the clauses related to "not creating added value" or "replication of services"?

Your guidance on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Becasue we see the term

that's why we are not quite sure that we could keep to weather info for our purpose like I mentioned earlier and

One more scenario is,
Let's say we have 500 farmer users in the same sub-district and if we don't keep the weather data, then we have to call your API 500 times instead of just 1 call.

So what if I would like to register as Professional level but I would like to have more than 10,000 rate limit, what could I do on this?
