- Purchase Type: One-Time / Lifetime License (App Store)
- Incorrect Expiration Date Shown: December 14, 2026
My account settings show an annual subscription expiry date of December 14, 2026, which does not match my purchase type. As this was a one-time purchase, I kindly request that my license status be updated to "Lifetime".
I have the official App Store invoice (receipt) proving the transaction was a "One-Time Payment", and I can provide it immediately upon your request or when you respond to my query.
Could you please check my license status and make the necessary correction?

@Mert-Can-ASRAK Hi there, we have never offered any lifetime purchases in Windy.com. You probably purchased one-time purchase for a year without any auto-renewal.
