Requesting a refund for an auto renewed yearly subscription

I would like to request a full refund to my credit card for the yearly subscription that automatically renewed in late November.
The app is incredible, however, I am no longer flying at the moment, so I am not using it at all.
I have been trying to cancel since early December which is when I found out about the charge, but I could not
find a way to contact you.I look forward to a response.

Hi,I would like to request a full refund to my credit card for the yearly subscription that is due to automatically renewed on 23rd. It appears to have happened earlier and my account shows it been taken today.
The app is incredible, however, I am no longer using it as intend at the moment, so I am not using it at all.
I would like to cancel my subscription for the time being and have renewal money refunded asap
