Perfect, as simple as this. In future will it be possible to overlay couple of parameters at the same time. Dust, cloud and radar data for example.

Fantastic addition! I take a look at this site daily and you folks are doing great work!
I know it's still experimental and in the early stages - do you think you'll be looking into adding Canadian Radar data in the future? Again, great and wonderful work - keep it up! :D

@Wheats Absolutely, we plan to cover as many countries as possible. @ivo If I remember correctly what @TomSlavkovsky
said, Canada requires a huge fee to access their radar data (the same for many EU countries). USA have no competition when it comes to how they provide the data. Their data are freely available to public, easily accessible from a single and very reliable web service (Amazon S3) and are in the same format (NEXRAD) which make things waaaay simpler. That's why we decided to implement and release first version for USA and continue from there.

The weather radar feature looks fantastic!
Looking forward to it covering more countries in the future.

Fantastic job. This is exactly what I've been looking for. Any way to slow the turtle speed down to half a turtle?
                          Thanks for your work.

@dzuremar You didn't intend to darken the map offshore beyond the range of the radars?

@pwoods7 Ah, my mistake ! I thought you meant the occasional disappearance of the last radar image (the animation plays correctly but it fades out in the end since there are no data present). Display of radar coverage is definitely intended ;) , thanks for your response !

I find it hard to believe your wind speeds to be accurate in the vicinity of a hurricane. They appear to be significantly low.

Yesterday, Tuesday 5 September, the display was great and useful. Today, not so much, as it appears you lost your radar feed to the server. But, when it works, it is very useful.

@ivo I'm not entirely sure how one would collect and display the data, it might only be available for free in .gif's - but here is a link you can maybe check out - http://open.canada.ca/en/suggested-datasets/radar-data

@ivo I see @dzuremar 's reply now.... I see, there are definitely some things the Canadian government can learn about sharing important weather data across the country, that's for sure....

                                            Hello,

First time poster here. I have always loved WindyTV for the wind forecasts, but mainly for the sheer power of the map and movement to track weather. However, this new Radar view is spectacular. I am testing it out on Irma now over Puerto Rico with the various time ranges and speeds, and I have to say that this might be the best radar, live motion I have ever seen.

PLEASE add this to our menu views so we can see this view when needed. Thank you for the awesome programming!

                                            Everyone stay safe.
