Cannot Set Favorite on PC Using Chrome

The directions say to click on the map and then to the right of the search bar there will be a favorite heart to click and it will set a favorite
There is no favorite heart anywhere, so no favorites can be set -
Also no way to set favorites on iPhone running ios 26.2 with the latest version of Windy downloaded today

The way you describe to create a Favorite works in the browser version with Chrome on iPad. Not tested on PC.
To create a Favorite in iPhone, you just need to enter a location name in the search bar and tap the small heart. Checked with last update.

@idefix37 Thanks for the reply. I tried to replicate with Chrome on my iPhone and all I get is a bar across the top with information.

On your iPhone even with chrome, I’m afraid that the only way is to enter a location name in the search bar after clicking on 🔎.
If like on your screenshot the place is not identified on the map, the workaround is to create it on your PC.
Or you can create directly an Alert. Right end of the detailed forecast table for this location. It will appears on the map when setting “My favorites”
