There are 5 Webcams on the island of Ibiza shown on windy but one gets impression priority over the rest. why?

Good morning, I would like to enquire if you could look into this :

There are 5 Webcams on the island of Ibiza shown on windy but one gets priority over the rest.

When viewing the map ( without zooming in to the island ) allways the same webcam. (located 39.001, 1.571) gets impressed giving this camera more views and priority over the other 4 webcams on the island

Would it not be more logical and fair if the 1st camera shown to be random or work on a rotation basis?
