Requesting a refund for an auto renewed yearly subscription
Hi,I would like to request a full refund to my credit card for the yearly subscription that is due to automatically renewed on 23rd. It appears to have happened earlier and my account shows it been taken today.
The app is incredible, however, I am no longer using it as intend at the moment, so I am not using it at all.
I would like to cancel my subscription for the time being and have renewal money refunded asap
I look forward to a response.

@David-Rendell Hello, I checked your account and your subscription will be canceled today. I can't see any auto-renewal right now.

banking app for $41.99 Google windy com weather.correct ive canceled my subscription today, im just wanting a refund for the $41.99 which is for the renewal of subscription to start on 24th Dec which I no longer require these days.
