      on Dec 20 my subscription ended and it was in automatic renew as per image 1 1.png
      i was diverted to the FASTSPRING site image 2 2.png
      i entered my e-mail image 3 3.png
      i received the news about an e-mail sent to me to complete subscription image 4 4.png
      it's more than 24 hours that i'm waiting to receive the e-mail, but nothing happens
      ( yes i checked the spam of my e-mail )
      How can i fullfill my engagements with Windy ?

        @Capitini Hello, you used a different email in your Fastspring account during the purchase c*****ni@yahoo.com
