Impossible to have a contact with FASTSPRING

on Dec 20 my subscription ended and it was in automatic renew as per image 1

i was diverted to the FASTSPRING site image 2
i entered my e-mail image 3
i received the news about an e-mail sent to me to complete subscription image 4
it's more than 24 hours that i'm waiting to receive the e-mail, but nothing happens
( yes i checked the spam of my e-mail )
How can i fullfill my engagements with Windy ?Capitini
