      Hello,

      I noticed that my annual subscription fee was charged today. However, I have not logged into or used the Windy application for a long time.

      Since the renewal happened without my active use of the service, I kindly request a refund of the annual membership fee that was charged today.

      Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
