Editing First Waypoint Bug

While editing a saved favorite route I am experiencing an issue when I click and drag my first waypoint to update my current location. This is bug appears to be inconsistent and tends to happen on longer routes with a greater number of waypoints.
Upon unclicking my first waypoint when moving it, a new final waypoint is created next to the first waypoint. This final waypoint then needs to be deleted every time.

Before trying to give you an answer, could you specify whether you are using the route planner on the browser version or on the mobile application? -
@idefix37 I am using the route planner on the browser version on a computer.

Clicking on any waypoint in the mobile app to move it often causes this problem.
May be because a finger isn't as precise as the mouse picker in the browser version.
To change a waypoint's position, you have to tap and hold it with the pointer to move it.
For me, the problem arises when you have to deselect this waypoint. Clicking somewhere on the screen deselect this WP or create a new one.

@idefix37 I experience the issue when I release the waypoint in its new position after moving it. I typically like to update my position along my route and delete waypoints along the way. Therefore, i am always adjusted waypoint number one for my most current position. Upon moving waypoint one, a new waypoint is created when I release waypoint one into position.
