Add Iranian Radars

I've noticed that there is currently limited radar coverage in the Middle East. While looking into this, I came across the Kermanshah radar in Iran, which appears to be operational.
Thus I wanted to ask whether it would be possible to add the following weather radar:
https://www.kermanshahmet.ir/forecastservice/radar it updates approximately every 10 minutes and the radar is located at: 34.28953570295858, 46.11515436468588 -
