Wind Chill

On the regular forecast the topic of wind chill often arises and this is in point of fact actually a very relevant and serious point.

I believe that wind chill can be relatively easily calculated by a computer, but if we have to do it manually, then it becomes fairly onerous.

Would it be possible to actually build this into the app as an option?
