Alerts for Astronomy / Astrophotography

Hey all,

The alert system is really cool, but a couple more features would make it extremely useful for Astronomy/Astrophotography purposes.

Main addition would be for a moon phase/altitude condition, so that you get an alert if you have a clear, moonless night.

I am also not sure if the alert system already supports this, but are you able to create 'zones' for alerts, rather than points? This would also be helpful for astrophotography (and I assume other sports/activities), as you can chase the clear skies.
