I've noticed that the Italian Radars are not showing up since yesterday, except for those that have a backup api...

      According to this: https://mappe.protezionecivile.gov.it/it/mappe-e-dashboard-rischi/piattaforma-radar/

"An update of the national platform for the visualization and distribution of Civil Protection weather radar data is also being implemented. This update will also entail, from mid-January, a change in the API services available for data distribution. Therefore, it is recommended that users of these services start by consulting the technical documentation available at the following link - https://dpc-radar.readthedocs.io/it/radar_v2/index.html# - which describes the changes made, so that they can start adapting their systems."

Please make sure the new API is implemented.
