Pakistan Weather Radars
-
Hi Dears,
Please solve the issue; since many days, Windy on web as well as on Android is not taking Islamabad and Karachi weather radars.
Regards.

@Habib-Khan-13 Hello, this can be caused by the general outage of the radar provider, so we don't get any data. Do you know any source with this data, which you could share with us.

@Suty
Hi,Thanks for taking notice.
I don't know the exact link / API etc., but this is confirmed that instead of Windy, all other radar data websites are showing full Pakistan coverage. You can yourself check, for example:
https://www.ventusky.com/radar-map#p=32.99;72.83;7
https://zoom.earth/maps/radar/#view=34.0752,73.2546,7z/date=2025-12-30,13:30,+5Also, the official department is https://www.pmd.gov.pk/en/
You can check more options, as well as, an email in radar map is given too.
Hope, there would be progress to solve.
Regards,

As a proof, there is no real weather radar in the middle of the oceans. But they show radars all over the world.Checking zoom.earth I see no radar over Pakistan.

Anyhow, the issue I am indicating because I definitely used Windy Islamabad radar for years, its circle, like shown in PMD website. If Windy didn't used in past, I would not hoping for it.
I don't have any screenshot of when this local radar was working; but can show how both Islamabad (north) and Karachi (south) are silent now.

When you at ease, please contact with PMD.
